Najat ALSAAD
Founder & Business Partner
As the Founder and Business Partner of DM United, Najat brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the table. Having lived in the Netherlands and Scandinavia for seventeen years, she is fluent in Dutch and deeply familiar with European business cultures. Additionally, Najat has worked extensively in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, where she built a vast network in the oil and gas, electricity, water, and private and government sectors.
Her strong PR skills and direct access to key decision-makers in Kuwait and across the Gulf region have been instrumental in resolving complex challenges for clients. These experiences inspired her to establish her own company, driven by a commitment to credibility and transparency.
Our mission is to address the core issues faced by clients in the Gulf region, offering innovative solutions built on trust and integrity. We aim to bridge businesses across America, Europe, and the Gulf, setting new standards for collaboration and success.
Sezen Elisabeth ELTON, Consultant
Sezen Elisabeth brings extensive experience in international diplomacy, entrepreneurship, and business consultancy to her role at DM United. Her professional background includes working with embassies such as the Jordanian and Belgian Missions in Oslo, where she managed high-level engagements, trade development, and diplomatic operations.
With a Turkish background and Norwegian upbringing, Sezen Elisabeth has a unique ability to navigate Middle Eastern business culture and Norwegian/Scandinavian culture, providing valuable insights for cross-cultural collaboration. She has built an extensive network within Arabic-speaking embassies in Norway and established connections in the Middle East. As a former entrepreneur in hospitality and event management, she successfully founded and led ventures, gaining expertise in strategic planning, operations, and client relations.
Sezen Elisabeth holds a Master’s Degree in European Tourism Management, an Executive Certificate in Digital Marketing from London Business School, and an International Coaching Federation-accredited certification in business and leadership coaching. She also possesses strong business acumen in AI-preneurship and expertise in prompt engineering, using AI tools to enhance workflows, decision-making, and innovative strategies.
Fluent in English, Norwegian, and Turkish, Sezen Elisabeth specializes in delivering tailored solutions that help businesses overcome challenges, achieve strategic goals, and thrive in diverse markets. At DM United, she leverages her cross-cultural understanding, technological proficiency, and entrepreneurial experience to provide personalized and impactful support for every client.
Dana AL SAIDI, Marketing Manager
With a Master's degree in International Political Economy from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Bahrain. Dana is passionate about business operations, energy security, sustainability, the international economy, the intricate relationships between states, and politics.
Dana is fluent in Dutch and English, with a strong working knowledge of Arabic. Her rich multicultural experiences, gained from living in various countries, enhance her understanding of global dynamics and her ability to engage effectively with diverse cultural and professional contexts.
Dana has extensive experience in the different fields and is passionate about connecting businesses from Europe with Businesses from the GCC and building a bridge between the regions. She is also very passionate about taking care of our planet and ensures sustainable practices are integrated in all of DM United's business operations.
Levent KESKIN, Consultant
I was born in Oslo and have cultivated my expertise and professional journey between Oslo and Istanbul. From a young age, I immersed myself in the business world through my family company, where I gained hands-on experience in management and leadership. Over the years, I held key roles, including managerial and CEO positions in the food and service sectors, which allowed me to refine my leadership abilities and develop a strong foundation in business strategy and operations.
My experience in Airbnb property rental, design, and marketing in Oslo deepened my interest in the real estate sector. In 2019, I moved to Istanbul and founded my own construction company, completing two major projects totaling 50 apartments. This journey allowed me to build trusted partnerships in Turkey's construction and real estate sectors while specializing in cost management, sales, and marketing.
Additionally, my expertise in restaurant management and commercial space leasing has enhanced my ability to identify profitable locations and accurately analyze investment opportunities.
I aim to offer my clients not just real estate investments but also valuable business partnerships. With my experience, language proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish, English, and Turkish, and a broad network of industry connections, I am dedicated to helping you make the right investment decisions.
